Our range of plant-based cheese alternatives includes Oat-Standing™ Mozzarella style, Oat-Standing™ White Cheddar style, and Oat-Standing™ Red Cheddar style.
All three styles display excellent taste and functionality, and can help meet demand for a plant-based alternative to dairy cheese. High hardness and low stickiness makes them excellent for grating, slicing and peeling. Each of the styles has a pleasant, savoury cheese taste and differ in flavour and intensity.
Our range of plant-based cheese alternatives are currently available in a 2kg shred and 9kg block, which is suitable for formatting into slices.

On pizza application
Our plant-based cheese alternatives are excellent for use on pizza. They are easy to spread onto the pizza and melt very well. Slight browning is achieved with a little oil release.

On burger application
Our plant-based cheese alternatives are excellent for use on burgers. The meltability of the block sliced is perfect for burger application.
